The Spy Shop LLC will not be liable or responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages or injuries, including but not limited to errors, omissions, typographical errors, viruses, delays in transmission, omissions, mistakes, interruptions, deletion of files, defects, and delays in operation, a user's reliance on or use of any information, service or merchandise provided on or through the website, or any failure of performance caused by or arising out of use of or access to any content or information contained in the website, even if The Spy Shop LLC is negligent and/or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above limitation of liability may not apply to the user where applicable law does not allow for such limitations. The information and reference materials contained in the site are intended solely for the personal information of the reader. By entering and interacting with the site, users must agree to hold The Spy Shop LLC and its affiliates harmless and not responsible for the content. All transmitters are FCC approved but some may require an amateur license to operate legally, depending on the particular use. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ascertain and obey all FCC regulations in regard to use of transmitters. The Spy Shop LLC makes no representations or warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the site's content or the information or other material found on or in the site. Users of the site should take appropriate precautions to verify all such information. The materials, services and information in the site are provided "as-is" without any warranties or representations whatsoever of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of title, and non-infringement. TERMS OF SALE:
Return Policy: All products are considered "special ordered" by purchaser, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line and past experiences customers have purchased equipment used it for their purpose and tried to return it. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective or authorized by The Spy Shop LLC. Defective items will be repaired or replaced if returned within specific warranty time period. See warranties paragraph below. Any return must be authorized or it will be refused. Contact The Spy Shop LLC at 248-439-1144 to receive authorization and instructions. Return product prepaid and insured (postage-due mail will not be accepted), for your protection. Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees. If we do accept a return it must be returned with ALL accessories, in the original, undamaged packaging and in unused condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied as we cannot resell electronic equipment as "new" once it has been returned.
The Spy Shop LLC will do everything possible to make sure the customer has in good working order what they have purchased.
Payment methods: Check, money order or acceptable credit/check card must accompany your order. All payments must be in U. S. dollars. Returned checks are subject to $30. 00 service charge. Payment other than credit cards must clear our bank before we will ship your order.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA and Mastercard. Please have your card information ready when calling or ordering. We will require your credit card number, expiration date, billing address and your name as it appears on the credit card along with the CVS number on back.
COD Orders: We do not accept COD orders.
Michigan Customers: Orders delivered within the state of Michigan require us to collect state sales tax unless we have your company's reseller tax identification information or tax exempt information on file. A 6% sales tax will be added to your subtotal when ordering.
International Orders: At this time we only take orders from the USA.
Delivery: Except during busy holidays and rush periods, all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt. Special Order / Custom Built Items or Back Order Items may take longer.
Out of Stock Items and Backorders: If an item is out of stock we will make every effort to contact the purchaser to inform them of their options including expected delivery date or alternate in stock items.
Warranties: All products carrying warranties will be guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for its given warranty period after sale to customer. Most items are individually checked for defects and or tested. We will replace or repair, at our option, defective merchandise. Items will first be subject to testing by the respective manufacturer(s) for evidence of customer misuse, damage or alteration. NOTE: Cameras and all video equipment must be powered by recommended power supply or battery pack/ connector supplying proper regulated voltage /polarity. If improper or unregulated power supply is used, any warranty- expressed or implied, shall be considered immediately VOID. Proper power supplies for cameras available on this site, listed in the manual or on the item itself. On certain manufacturer's warranty items, customer may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer unless no contact information (i.e. a warranty card) is provided with sale. If no warranty information is provided within order, The Spy Shop LLC will accept shipment of product and will deal with manufacturer on behalf of customer. The Spy Shop LLC DOES NOT warranty hard disk drives or other digital storage media.
All products returned for warranty service MUST be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, it is the customer's responsibility to contact The Spy Shop LLC at 1-248-439-1144 for an RMA request form.
